Project organisation in work packages

The i-Five project will be structured in five work packages (WPs) as shown below. Although each WP will be led by one partner, all project partners will contribute to all WPs.

Project schedule

The total project duration will be 24 months. The Gantt chart below visualises the project schedule.

Milestones of the i-Five project are:

• the kick-off meeting among project partners in month 1
• the inception report at the end of month 3
• the workshops for presentation and verification of desk research in month 8
• the final case study reports in month 16
• the comparative report at the end of month 21
• the last training and dissemination workshops in months 22 through 24, with a report on the evaluation of training and dissemination activities at the end of month 24
